One hour, zero experience needed, and so much giggling! We’ll build your glutes, unlock your hips, and learn three different ways to shake ass, then string it all together in a few routines and games. Wear something loose and comfy (pajama pants and sweatpants are perfect!). This is a private, low key night, no performing, just a fun, safe, and sacred space to relax and shake. Early Bird tickets are $10 for the first 25 people to purchase. After that they are $15.

What to expect
One hour, beginner friendly, and super low key. No experience needed, no performing, no pressure. I’m here to help you unlock your hips (and giggle a lot!)

Here’s how the night flows:

  1. Build your glutes. We’ll start with a few moves to wake up and grow your glutes, so you have a muscle to relax and work with

  2. Unlock your hips. Simple drills to release the tension and bracing in your hips, because the looser your hips are, the easier it is to shake ass

  3. Learn 3 techniques. Three different ways to shake it

  4. Put it together. We’ll weave the techniques into routines, sync up, and play a few games

What to wear
Something loose and comfortable! It’s cold out and nobody needs booty shorts (I promise). Tight leggings and yoga pants make it hard for your booty to jiggle, so go for pajama pants, sweatpants, or your favorite harem pants that hang loose over your booty and give it room to shake. We’ll be standing the whole hour, so get cozy

Who should come
Anyone who wants to feel more at home in their hips. Bring your friends, your coworkers, your ex’s ex... the more the merrier!
